Leano is a body measurement tracking application that allows users to record body measurements, take progress photos, set goals, and receive AI-powered insights.

3. Subscriptions

Leano offers optional Pro subscriptions with the following terms:

Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
Annual subscription: $29.99/year
A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Leano only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you create within the app.

5. Health Disclaimer

Leano is a tracking tool and is not a medical device or medical service. The information provided by Leano, including AI-generated insights, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within Leano is the property of Peak Apps Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leano is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Peak Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Leano.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
