1. Service

OBBB Saver is a record-keeping app for OBBB Act tax deductions (tips, overtime, car loan interest, senior deduction).

2. Not Tax Advice

IMPORTANT: This app does NOT provide tax, legal, or financial advice. All estimates are approximations. Consult a qualified tax professional. Peak Apps Studio is not responsible for errors in tax filing.

3. Not Affiliated with IRS

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IRS or any government agency.

4. Accuracy

We make no warranties regarding accuracy. Tax laws change and may not be reflected immediately.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for accuracy of entered data and verifying calculations with a professional.

6. Subscriptions

Auto-renewable. Charged to Apple ID. Cancel 24hrs before renewal in Settings. No refunds for unused portions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peak Apps Studio is not liable for financial losses, tax penalties, or missed deductions.

8. Changes

Terms may be revised. Continued use = acceptance.
